During my Easter stay, I was impressed by the comfortable futons and various pillow options offered by the hotel. The traditional Japanese breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation.
Although overall the hotel was enjoyable, the lack of English proficiency among some of the staff members made communication difficult at times. Additionally, the hotel did not offer many amenities beyond the traditional onsen experience.

The hotel's location was quite convenient, being a few minutes away from the railway station, which allowed us to easily access some attractions in the area. the rooms were spacious and had modern amenities. the traditional Japanese decorations created a nice atmosphere, and the bed was comfortable. the food was good, especially the breakfast. the hotel also provided a public bath and family bath to use.
The English communication with the staff was difficult, which made it challenging to get specific requests across.

Enjoyed my romantice escape in this hotel. Loved the traditional Japanese decoration of the room and the comfortable bed. the hotel has a great public bath and the family bath is wonderful, perfect for couples. It is located near Beppu park and just 5 minutes from the station, making it easy to explore the surroundings.
The language barrier can be a bit frustrating at times and some of the staff had difficulties communicating in English. the lack of dinner availability was also disappointing, but there is a convenient Lawson store just a short walk from the hotel where guests can find snacks and drinks.
